The Lobster Kung Poa is a must try for sea food lovers. This chef's speciality is whole lobster with shell served in smoked schezwan sauce. The others are Chinese Jade corn soup, Thai style steamed fish in coconut sauce, Indonesian special diced walnut chicken and Singaporean vegetable and nut fry.
